Are earlybird discounts available?
YES. You must register by Friday, August 7 to receive the discounted rate.
Prices increase by $100 thereafter.
Can I register onsite?
Yes, but we encourage you to pre-register by Friday, August 22 to get the best rate and hotel discount.
Can I share my registration if we each attend on different days?
No, only one person can attend per registration. Take advantage of the group discount when you bring 3 or more attendees from your company,
Can I transfer my registration to a co-worker if I am unable to attend?
YES. Please email [email protected] and provide the individual's full name, business title and email address.
Can I get a refund if I register, but am unable to attend?
YES. You may receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee provided cancellation email is received by August 28. NO REFUNDS THEREAFTER. All refunds are processed after the event is complete.

Most speakers will share their presentations which will be provided upon completion of the post-event survey.

Photography
Official ISPA photographers may take photographs for future event promotion, magazines and ISPA social media sites. Attendance at the ISPA Sustainability Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ISPA’s use and distribution of the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video, or other electronic reproductions.

ISPA Sustainability Conference provides a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of age, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof) or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the ISPA Sustainability Conference organizers.
