ISPA Sustainability Conference: Code of Conduct

All participants of the ISPA Sustainability Conference must comply with the following code of conduct:

ISPA Sustainability Conference provides a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of age, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof) or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the ISPA Sustainability Conference organizers.

Expected Behavior

  • Treat all participants with respect and consideration.
  • Respect the rules and policies of the ISPA Sustainability Conference contracted hotel.
  • Follow recommended guidelines to prevent transmission of infectious diseases.

COVID-19 POLICY

Out of concern for everyone's health and safety, we strongly encourage participants to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or ask that they receive a negative test result within one day of conference attendance. Please be vigilant in monitoring your health. If you experience any COVID-19 symptoms or have recently been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 before the conference, do not attend.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refund less $50 administrative fee if written request is received by October 16, 2022. NO REFUNDS THEREAFTER

All conference participants will abide by all COVID-19 and event safety protocols and acknowledge there are inherent risks associated with COVID-19 and public gatherings of any size. In addition, any person entering the premises or attending the conference waives all civil liability against the premises owner and event operator for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanted misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises. Anyone who is exhibiting any symptoms or feelings of unwell are asked to not attend.
