ISPA Sustainability Conference: Code of Conduct
ISPA Sustainability Conference provides a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of age, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof) or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the ISPA Sustainability Conference organizers.
Expected Behavior
- Treat all participants with respect and consideration.
- Respect the rules and policies of the ISPA Sustainability Conference contracted hotel.
- Follow recommended guidelines to prevent transmission of infectious diseases.
Important Event Policies
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full refund less $50 administrative fee if written request is received by September 6, 2024. NO REFUNDS THEREAFTER.
Submit cancellation requests to: registration@sleepproducts.org.
Please note: All refunds will be issued after the event is complete.
Photography
Official ISPA photographers may take photographs for future event promotion, magazines and ISPA social media sites. Attendance at the ISPA Sustainability Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ISPA’s use and distribution of the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video, or other electronic reproductions.
