Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full refund less $50 administrative fee if written request is received by September 4, 2026. NO REFUNDS THEREAFTER. All refunds will be issued after the event is complete.

Photography
Official ISPA photographers may take photographs for future event promotion, magazines and ISPA social media sites. Attendance at the ISPA Sustainability Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ISPA’s use and distribution of the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video, or other electronic reproductions.

Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the ISPA Sustainability Conference organizers.
